Finally! The Hallway is Finished

When students returned to school on January 2nd, Kindergarteners and 3rd graders were able to begin using their new classrooms.  As everyone came into the new hallway, the most common comment was about how bright the hallway lighting was.  We didn't realize how dark and dreary our old building lights were until we saw the updated lights. 


Mrs. Hester was also able to move her music room into the new hallway which means that all of our students have the opportunity to experience the new rooms.  If you were to ask a student, they may tell you that the most fun addition are the new hand dryers in the restrooms.  The sound they make may be confused with a small jet plane taking off. 

A kindergarten classroom has been moved, unpacked, and is now all ready for students on the first day back to school after the break. 

The office is now located on the first floor corner room closest to the bus lane.  Our office staff spent several days getting everything moved and reorganized for their new space. 



After all of the mess that was made during the renovation of the front hallway, it is nice to see grass out front.
